About

About 21 Shepherd

Location
21 Shepherd Street, Marrickville, on Gadigal land.
Located in Sydney’s Inner West within a vibrant creative and industrial precinct.

Tucked within Marrickville’s industrial grain, and spanning 300m², the space holds both scale and intimacy: concrete and curtain, piano and floor, light and shadow. It is as suited to quiet listening as it is to bold, immersive performance.

To spend time here is to enter a shared creative ecology.
Your hire directly supports independent artists and the ongoing making of new work, sustaining a space where experimentation is not only possible, but necessary.

Hiring the space contributes directly to this: keeping it open, in use, and available to artists.

The Spaces

It holds a working logic shaped by sound, movement, and use.
