The Living Room Theatre Welcomes Elizabeth ‘Lizzie’ Grant as Director of Business Development

Lizzie brings over 14 years of leadership experience across operations, commercial strategy, partnerships, and client services in the technology and digital advertising sectors, working across Asia Pacific and EMEA. Most recently, she has played a pivotal role in expanding strategic partnerships, launching new products, and driving operational efficiency.

A passionate advocate for diversity and mentorship, Lizzie serves on the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council for The Women in Programmatic Network, is an IAB Council Member for Emerging Technologies, and has been recognised as a finalist in both Women Leading Tech 2023 (Delivery) and Women in Media 2023 (Client Services).

In her new role, Lizzie will lead our efforts to strengthen The Living Room Theatre’s business model, expand our audiences, and forge new partnerships that support our bold artistic and social mission. Her strategic insight and startup mindset will be invaluable as we step into the next chapter of our evolution.

Lizzie joins us with a deep appreciation for the power of storytelling to challenge systems and create space for unheard voices—particularly those of women. Her commitment to gender equity and her passion for driving change through innovation align seamlessly with LRT’s continued exploration of trauma, power, and resilience. With a talent for navigating complexity and a vision for impact, Lizzie brings not only expertise but a shared belief in theatre as a catalyst for social transformation.
