Barker/Mielczarek/Fujisaki + Longlist (Hill/Undy/Green/Tucker)

Barker/Mielczarek/Fujisaki
There is something thrilling about the musical chemistry between Simon Barker, Nick Mielczarek and Hinano Fujisaki. Combining drums, guitar and saxophone, the trio embark on an exhilarating journey through sonic possibilities, creating music that is spontaneous, unpredictable and deeply conversational. Following a memorable first performance at 21 Shepherd Street, they return for a second exploration of improvised music.

One of Australia’s most distinctive and versatile guitarists, composers and improvisers, Green brings a wealth of experience spanning jazz, contemporary music, experimental performance and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
