Introductory Offer – Soft Opening Special
Valid for bookings between 1 October – 30 November 2025

• Day Hourly rate: $20
• Day rate (10 am–4 pm): $80
• Weekly daytime rate (Mon–Sun, 10 am–4 pm): $400
• Night rate (5 pm–9 pm): $200

Availability

• 1 October 2025 – 30 January 2026
• Open Monday–Sunday, 10 am–4 pm and 5 pm–9 pm
• Bookings subject to venue schedule and availability

Expressions of Interest will be assessed based on:

• Alignment with The Living Room Theatre’s ethos of bold, socially engaged practice
• Creative potential to use and respond to the unique architecture of 21 Shepherd Street
• Contribution to a diverse and inclusive program
